Studies have shown that as many as 4 out of 5 people will develop some type of foot or ankle problem during their lifetime. What we can never understand is why many people think it is normal for their feet to hurt. If you’re one of these people this site is especially dedicated and created for you. The goal of Downtown Podiatry Services is to help people with painful foot problems. The focus today is on the getting people on their feet and back to work as fast as possible.
Using revolutionary minimally invasive foot surgery techniques our office can usually have patients return to work almost immediately.
We provide transportation after all surgical procedures.

Dr. Roxann V. Clarke
Roxann V. Clarke attended Hampton University in Virginia, where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, and her Master’s of Science in Medical Science and Research.
She then attended New York College of Podiatric Medicine and obtained her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. She received further training at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where she continued and finished extensive training in Podiatric Medicine and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle surgery.
Dr. Roxann V. Clarke now practices at Downtown Podiatry Services in the Financial District, Manhattan, New York. She also works in Brooklyn at BMS Family Health Center, providing Diabetic and Wound care.
Dr. Clarke is a published author in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a consultant for product development at ALLY shoes.
